• Offer personalized styling advice to help customers select the perfect outfits
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor
• Achieve sales goals and drive store profitability
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A polished, professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
