SENIOR APPEARANCE AGENT

Senior Appearance Agent is responsible to ensure that the aircrafts are cleaned in accordance with approved practices and materials to provide an exceptionally clean and welcoming for the passengers and must be at the aircraft prior to departure to ensure the exceptional standards are met until the passengers boarding.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Cleaning of aircraft carpets, throw rugs and curtains external to the aircraft in accordance with approved procedures.
• Maintains exceptionally high cleaning and hygienic standards with the ability to inspect and evaluate the quality of own and others work performed.
• Installs aircraft maintenance runners, seat covers and other protective covers, as required following cleaning.
• Ensures removal of aircraft maintenance runners, seat covers and other protective covers immediately prior to aircraft departure.
• Services of aircraft cleaning machinery like vacuum cleaners, spray bottles, chemicals and to maintain the stock in the dedicated cleaning trolleys.
• Responsible of ordering of cleaning supplies as required in a timely manner.
• Reads and interprets in house cleaning manuals, instructions, task cards and charts for inspection and also to file the documents for later references.
• Maintains timetables for scheduled maintenance of vacuum cleaners, cleaning tools, dedicated trolleys, etc.
• Supervises the subcontractor workforce during cleaning activities and perform post inspections to ensure the highest standard, quality and cleanliness of cabin is delivered.

Educational Qualification:

High School

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
• Three (3) years as a housekeeper/ room attendant working experience in five-star properties
• Ability to manage team members
• Detail oriented
• Strong self-initiative and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to inspect own workmanship
