Software Tester and Technical Support

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

 Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for in-house software solutions.

 Document test cases, create bug reports, and follow up on issue resolution.

 Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring timely issue resolution.

 Train end-users on new functionalities and features of the software.

 Work closely with developers to ensure software meets quality standards.

Required Skills:

 Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.

 Experience with creating and executing manual and automated test cases.

 Familiarity with PHP (advantageous but not mandatory).

 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.

General Requirements for All Positions:

 Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
