Job Title: Sr. Sales Engineer
Must Have: Valid Qatar Driving License
Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions to residential and commercial clients.
- Drive sales efforts by targeting new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Site Assessments & Technical Support:
- Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and offer technical advice.
- Prepare and present customized product solutions, detailed proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting both client expectations and company standards.
Project Coordination:
- Assist clients with accurate measurements and coordinate the planning, installation, and commissioning of systems.
- Ensure all projects are completed according to timelines, quality standards, and client specifications.
- Monitor project milestones, deliveries, and product quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract Negotiation & Closing Sales:
- Lead contract negotiations, agreeing on terms, pricing, and delivery schedules, ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction.
- Close sales deals by providing compelling proposals and responding to client needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Market Knowledge & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies in bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions.
- Provide innovative solutions to clients, ensuring they receive the best value for their investment.
CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and project progress in CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports to track performance, analyze trends, and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during and after project completion.
- Address any issues that arise during the project and ensure a high level of post-sale customer support to maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project sales (not retail), particularly in bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, product specifications, and installation processes.
- Strong understanding of the Qatar market and customer needs regarding architectural products and solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset to offer solutions to clients challenges.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, close deals, and manage relationships with clients.
Education:
- A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
