Student Counselor (Female)

Were on the lookout for an experienced Student Counselor (Female) to join our team at Berkeley Training & Educational Consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport and understand customer needs, preferences.
• Provide detailed information and explanations to students about our courses and services.
• Follow up with potential customers via phone calls, messages, email or meetings.
• Manage student contacts and update monthly sales sheet post.
• Manage and create own marketing campaigns to attract potential students.
• Respond promptly to leads generated through ads and campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to convert potential leads to a sale.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to reach out to the target audience.
