The Training Coordinator manages logistics and coordination for in-house training courses, including registration communications, venue booking, catering, and vendor coordination. Maintains accurate training records, collects feedback, and updates training databases to support continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate individual technical training requests
  • Coordinate course logistics: communication, enrollment, venue, catering, and vendors
  • Maintain and update training records and databases
  • Collect and analyze training feedback to improve programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Relevant training certification
  • 5-6 years of experience in training coordination
