Job description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with a positive, calm and professional attitude. As a Customer Service Representative you will be managing customer queries and complaints in-person, telephonic calls and online platforms. You will be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you must have experience working with computers and different social media platforms.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Always maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Communication with customers through various channels.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Booking appointments and making necessary arrangements for the customers.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Having knowledge and constantly learning about our products and services to be able to explain our range of products to customers.
- Keeping records of daily customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating with the team and other departments using proper channels of communication.
- Should be a good team player.
Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum of two years of work experience in the field of Customer Service or equivalent
- Must provide Work Experience Certificate
- Must have a valid Qatar ID
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be Bilingual (English\ Arabic)
- Required intermediate computer and office skills
- Should be flexible and be able to work in different shifts (Including Midnight shifts)
- Must be proactive and able to work under pressure
- Must be compassionate towards animals
- Should be able to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
