Digital Growth Specialist

Overview

Were hiring a Digital Growth Specialist to drive performance and scale digital marketing efforts across multiple brands in our group — including Myriad Beauty, Fold Baked Goods, and upcoming ventures in beauty, lifestyle, and F&B.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who is used to managing multiple accounts, creating full-funnel strategies, executing campaigns hands-on, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Build full-funnel digital marketing strategies tailored to each brand.

• Define key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV) and allocate budgets across platforms.

• Identify new growth opportunities across channels, tools, and audiences.

Campaign Execution

• Manage paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on performance and trends.

• Conduct A/B testing, landing page audits, and conversion rate optimization.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance and analyze results using platforms like GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo.

• Create regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.

• Maintain clear dashboards and data reports for internal use.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the content, creative, and brand marketing teams.

• Brief designers and writers for ad creatives and landing pages.

• Align campaign execution with seasonal calendars, launches, and promotional cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or multi-brand role.

• Hands-on experience running performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.

• Proven ability to deliver results across different industries and campaign types.

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GA4, ad platform dashboards, and attribution tools.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month
