Senior Data AnalystLocation: Qatar

The Senior Data Analyst will provide data analytics and data management for the department, overseeing all performance data submitted by the organization. This role supports program development, communication, and reporting efforts across the organization, delivering insights for impact reporting and performance monitoring for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze large volumes of performance data
  • Oversee internal data management systems
  • Provide actionable insights and analytics to inform program and communication strategies
  • Support reporting efforts for senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proficient with Access database, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and Excel
  • Experienced data administrator with the ability to manage large data sets and provide analytical insights
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
