Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, alter, and finish bespoke luxury evening gowns to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Fit garments on clients, taking accurate measurements and making precise adjustments.
• Work with delicate, high-end fabrics including silk, lace, chiffon, and embellished textiles.
• Perform hand and machine sewing with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ensure all garments meet couture-quality standards in fit, finish, and fabric handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury or haute couture tailoring.
• Expertise in gown construction, draping, and finishing techniques.
• Exceptional hand-sewing and embroidery skills are a plus.
• Deep understanding of garment structure and fit for various body types.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
