Floor Manager

Oryx Zaatar, located on Salwa Road in Doha- A reputable multi- cuisine restaurant is hiring for urgent multiple positions.

Role Description:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff including Captains, Waiters, Guest Relation Executives, Cleaners, Chefs and more.
• Ensure smooth and professional customer service during shifts.
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Monitor and make sure for the cleanliness, organization, arrangements of the dining area professionally.
• Train and instruct staff for standard and professional manners.
• Enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including Health and Safety standards.
• Collaborate with Captains and Waiters and even with kitchen staff for the timely delivery of food to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely table turnover and proper guest flow during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Experience in multi-cuisine and Fine dining.
• Strong leadership and communication skill.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurant: 10 years (Preferred)
