FM Engineer (Arabic)

Duties and responsibilities:

· Oversee the maintenance and repair of civil and fabrication tasks as received from the CAFM system.

· Conduct regular inspections of building structures, including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofing systems.

· Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all civil building components.

· Coordinate with the procurement team to arrange materials required to close tasks within the stipulated timeframe.

· Assign tasks to foremen and labor teams for identifying and addressing repair works in schools and other facilities.

· Oversee and monitor the performance of teams under your supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks.

· Provide guidance and allocate resources effectively to maintain high productivity.

· Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine the economic feasibility of projects.

· Conduct regular site visits to identify potential repair needs and plan preventive maintenance schedules.

· Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

· BSc Degree in Civil Engineering

· Candidates with 07-10 years of experience in a similar engineering capacity will be preferred.

Experience in managing maintenance and repair tasks, preferably using CAFM systems.
