Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Doha, Qatar / RemoteDepartment: Creative & ProductionReports To: Creative Director / Senior Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

Mash Global is looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail, strong creative instincts, and the ability to produce high-quality visuals that align with brand strategy and campaign goals. Youll be responsible for executing a wide range of design projects, from digital content to print collateral, event branding, pitch decks, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling visuals for social media, advertising, presentations, websites, and branding materials
  • Collaborate with project managers, content creators, and the creative team to develop concepts aligned with campaign objectives
  • Translate briefs and brand guidelines into impactful designs tailored to diverse client needs
  • Adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising creativity
  • Stay updated on design trends and proactively suggest innovative approaches
  • Support in preparing final artwork for print and digital distribution

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a creative or agency environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a plus
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and execution across multiple formats
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to take feedback positively and revise work accordingly

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design or web graphics
  • Arabic language proficiency
