- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in masterbatch or plastic additives manufacturing
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of compounding/extrusion processes and masterbatch formulations.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001
- Familiar with product planning, research and development.
- Ensuring excellent product quality
- Knowledge on the market demand.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports on production records and inventory.
- Familiar with operating twin screw extruders and other lab equipment to ensure product quality
- Knows recipes for the certain components
- Able to use laboratory equipments
