Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Scaffolding Supervisor. The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, ensuring safety protocols are followed, conducting regular inspections, and managing a team of scaffolders. Day-to-day tasks include planning and coordinating scaffolding activities, monitoring work progress, addressing any on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and team management experience
• Proficiency in Scaffolding and Dismantling processes
• Familiarity with Fall Protection and Working at Height protocols
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Doha, Qatar
• Relevant certifications in scaffolding and safety are a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
