Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Coffee Shop Manager to lead our daily operations at Movement Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in café management, a passion for specialty coffee, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle all operational needs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the café runs efficiently and profitably.
• Manage and lead a team of baristas and service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, quality control, and cleanliness.
• Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and assist in sales growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to boost customer engagement.
• Handle customer feedback professionally to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new staff as needed.
• Work closely with ownership to align operational strategies and uphold brand values.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a café, coffee shop, or F&B outlet.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of specialty coffee preparation, service, and trends.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales growth.
• Excellent customer service and team-building abilities.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Must be based in Qatar or willing to relocate soon.
