Senior BMS Technician

We are looking to hire BMS System Technician to join our esteemed organization.

Nature & Scope of Positions

  • Assist QU-Facility Management staff and contractors with maintaining Building Management System and DDC/SCADA systems including Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider BMS and other control software interfaces.
  • Provides technical guidance and support including set-up, verification, operation, and troubleshooting complex building automation and control systems.
  • Carryout new sensor, DDC or actuator installation, cabling and other required works.
  • Familiar with instrumentation and calibration techniques.
  • Provides recommendations on equipment/systems operation and modification for energy conservation, efficiency, and reliability. Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Technical Training Course Certificate ( Full Time 1-1.5 years ) in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Communication from recognised Govt. Institutes / or accredited colleges / or national Technical Course Certification Authority like ITI, TESDA, NVQ etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years (1.5 years GCC) of building electromechanical equipment maintenance experience in Education Institute / Hospital / Residential Complex with a construction Services / facility management organization.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in the installation and implementation of DDC building control systems including programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance.
  • Must possess the technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex building automation systems. Candidate must also have excellent communication skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
