Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Title: Supply Chain CoordinatorLocation: GCC (Oil & Gas Project Sites)Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement activities including vendor selection, purchase orders, and material deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements based on project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas industry regulations and client-specific standards.
• Liaise between procurement, logistics, warehouse, and project management teams.
• Handle logistics planning, import/export documentation, and freight forwarding coordination.
• Resolve supply chain issues such as delivery delays or material discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and updated records of shipments, inventory, and supplier contracts.
• Support project site teams by ensuring timely availability of critical materials and equipment.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Generate and present regular supply chain reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 8 years of supply chain experience in the Oil & Gas industry within the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, logistics operations, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs clearance.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Office tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
