Automotive Painter

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full paint jobs, touch-ups, and surface preparation, with the ability to mix paints and match color tones accurately. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on vehicles while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates must have a valid QID and NOC for sponsorship transfer.

Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full paint jobs, touch-ups, and surface preparation for vehicles
• Mix paints and match color tones to ensure perfect vehicle finishes
• Operate spray booths and maintain clean work areas at all times
• Inspect vehicles for paint imperfections and ensure high-quality standards are met
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines for safe handling of paints and chemicals
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the completion of tasks on time

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in automotive spray painting
• Formal training or certification in automotive painting
• Experience with high-end finishes, basecoat-clearcoat systems, and other automotive painting techniques
• Excellent color matching skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate spray booths and work with automotive coatings and paints
• Valid QID (Qatar ID)
• Valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) for sponsorship transfer
• Must be available to join immediately
