Outreach Program CoordinatorLocation: Qatar

We are looking for a motivated Outreach Program Coordinator to support Debate mission to become a Center of Expertise and Excellence and the leading bilingual debate program in Qatar, the region, and internationally. The ideal candidate will help raise awareness through impactful communication activities and strengthen institutional systems and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement outreach and awareness-raising campaigns
  • Develop and maintain communication strategies to promote Debate programs
  • Coordinate events and activities to engage the community and stakeholders
  • Support the creation and management of institutional systems and resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize outreach impact
  • Monitor and report on outreach program effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in outreach, communications, or marketing roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic
