Production Manager (Carpentry And Joinery)

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management - Plan, oversee, and optimize carpentry and joinery production.Quality Control - Ensure high standards, inspect work, and maintain compliance.Team Leadership - Supervise, train, and manage production staff effectively.Materials & Inventory - Manage stock, coordinate suppliers, and reduce waste.Cost Control - Monitor expenses, optimize resources, and stay within budget.Client Coordination - Work with clients, architects, and project managers.Process Improvement - Implement best practices and introduce innovations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in carpentry and fit-out project management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with carpentry techniques, materials, and fit-out installations.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and practices on-site.
