Projects Coordinator

The ideal candidate for the Projects Coordinator position will be responsible for coordinating the ongoing operational projects. This role requires daily communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking and reporting on project status, and preparing presentations and summaries. The candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating daily operational project activities
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports, project updates, and executive summaries
  • Draft presentations and project recaps for management and stakeholders
  • Monitor timelines and follow up on action items to ensure project continuity
  • Support documentation, tracking, and archiving of project deliverables

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Arabic and English
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and prioritize under pressure
  • Experience in operational or administrative project coordination
